HTML/CSS Developer/Designer Needed

Busy internet marketing agency is seeking someone who lives for HTML and CSS coding.
You make us look good, we make you look good.

We are a high-end design firm, design experience is also not required, however an eye for detail and some design sense is an absolute must. Are you up to the task?:

Tasks include:

• Conversion of completed, layered Photoshop documents into HTML, CSS web pages compatible with all browsers and platforms.
• Regular maintenance and updating of existing websites.
• Being able to spot the difference between Arial and Verdana from across the room and manipulate graphics into "pixel perfect" positioning on-screen within a web-page.
• Working with internal administrative and creative teams to uphold the high standards consistent with Generations Beyond's product line.

PHP and MySQL experience is not required but a plus. Flash and/or OsCommerce is a BIG PLUS!

Required Skills: HTML, CSS, Some FLASH, preparing video for web-ready viewing

Terms:
90 day probationary period, part time flexible schedule
Option to go full-time/part-time salary and benefits after 90 days
